Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative Bilingual Preferred
We are a fast-paced, friendly, energetic State Farm agency focused on taking great care of our customers and creating opportunities for our team to succeed.
Were looking for a motivated, outgoing person who wants to learn, grow, and build a career with our team. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly valued and strongly preferred, but they are not required. If you have the drive and personality we're looking for, we want to hear from you.
You do NOT need insurance experience or an insurance license to apply. We can teach you insurance. What were looking for is someone with drive, a positive attitude, strong people skills, and a willingness to learn.
This is an in-office position at our Hagerstown, MD agency, so candidates must be able to reliably commute to our office.

Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, telemarketing, or insurance experience is a plus, but insurance experience is not required.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop leads and schedule appointments
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
Build relationships with new and existing customers
Follow up with customers and prospective customers
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
Assist with questions regarding coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, billing, and other insurance needs
Work toward individual and team sales goals
Learn and become knowledgeable about the insurance products and services we offer
You do not need to be licensed when you apply.
The person selected for this position will be required to obtain the applicable Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses. We will provide guidance and support, but you must be willing to study, learn, and successfully complete the required licensing exams.
