Pay: $1,450 to $1,675 weeklyHome Time: Home every weekend with a 48-hour resetFreight: Regional no-touch freight, 50% drop and hookLocation: Nashville, TN 37201• Weekend home time every week• No-touch freight reliability / balanced home time• No-touch freight with drop and hook mix• Assigned Freightliner Cascadia equipmentRouse Trucking is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for regional freight operations built around organized route flow, practical scheduling, and dependable weekend home time.Weekly Earnings: $1,450 to $1,675 paid every Friday by direct deposit | Extra pay for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition time during your first weeksRunning Area: Regional lanes cover the Northeast and portions of the Midwest. Most runs average around 250 miles, helping drivers stay productive without excessive road time.• Roughly half of all freight is drop and hook to reduce dock delays• All freight is no-touch, allowing drivers to stay focused on driving and trip flowHome Time: Monday through Friday schedule with Saturday and Sunday off | Consistent scheduling allows drivers to better plan personal time week to weekYour Truck:• Late-model 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadia assigned to each CDL-A driver• No slip seating• Double bunks and SiriusXM radio• 24-inch HD TV, refrigerator, battery-powered APU, and 1,500-watt inverterHealth Coverage:• Blue Cross Blue Shield medical insurance• Delta Dental coverage and 401(k) with company matching after 60 days• Paid vacation and holidays once establishedFamily Friendly: Rider program for passengers 13 and older at minimal weekly cost | Dogs of any breed or size welcome at no chargeEquipment: Each CDL-A driver gets equipment maintained on schedule and spec'd for long-haul comfort.
