Shift Manager - Fast Food- Frisco Lakes/Windsong Ranch

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Shift Manager at Frisco Lakes or Windsong Ranch.

Previous experience in a restuarant/hospitality environment is required.

As the Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our establishment.

Your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth opening or closing of all departments and functions, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.

There will be time outside regardless of weather - lifting up to 15 pounds is possible.

This is a physically demanding, but highly rewarding, job.

This is an ideal role for someone who wants to make fast food a career.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Shift Operations:
- Oversee and coordinate the activities for maximum productivity.

- Ensure all staff have completed their assigned tasks and responsibilities before the end of the shift.
- Monitor and enforce policies and guidelines.

Show grace under pressure - this is a fast paced environment.

2. Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Address and resolve any customer concerns or complaints that may arise during the closing shift.
- Ensure all customers have an enjoyable and memorable experience at our establishment.

3. Staff Management:
- Train and mentor staff members.
- Motivate and encourage teamwork among staff by fostering a positive work environment.

4. Cash Handling and Security:

- Conduct cash reconciliation and deposit procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement improvements.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Ensure the establishment is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization of all areas.

6. Health and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Proactively identify and correct any potential safety hazards or risks.
- Train staff on proper health and safety procedures and ensure compliance at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a similar setting.
2. Exhibits ability to manage is a fast paced environment. This is a physical, hands on role.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

We have an extensive training program to prepare the right individual for these duties - coachability is a requirement.
