What You'll Be Doing

As a member of our waitstaff, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy their time with us. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and seating guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and delivering them promptly.
- Providing menu recommendations and answering any questions guests may have.
- Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and properly set up for the next guests.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly.
- Handling guest concerns or special requests with professionalism and care.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
