Floor Tech

Clean Team, a consolidator of leading specialty cleaning services and contractor services providers across Ohio and the mid-Atlantic region, is looking for a second shift floor technician for its rapidly growing platform of diverse client locations. We are looking for an experienced evening Floor Tech to assist with operations in Cincinnati. This objective of this role will be to ensure client contracts are met while exceeding expectations and efficiency. A successful floor technician will have a lead with service attitude and own the outcome regardless of the result.Schedule:Monday-Friday 6pm-12am (weekend availability required)Primary Responsibilities:Performs all types of floor care and maintenance throughout the facility, including hard surfaces and carpetingCleaning and maintaining floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaningAdhere to all organizational safety, risk management and infection control standardsCleans and performs routine maintenance on floor equipmentMaintains accurate floor care logs and checklistsOperates all equipment with care according to facility and manufacturers safety standards and proceduresPerforms project work and specialty tasks according to facility needsFollow all infection prevention practices (i.e., proper cleaning process, hand hygiene, standard & isolation precautions where and if required with proper use of personal Protect Equipment (PPE)Qualifications:Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesKeen sense of service and passion for the Company transformation; thrives on change, pace, action, and accountabilityAccess to reliable transportationPossess a clean driving recordPass a background checkStand for eight or more hoursAbility to squat and bend repetitivelyUse a floor buffer, floor stripper or carpet extractor dailyLift 50-75 pounds*Clean Team is an Equal Opportunity Employer*- This company does not discriminate in employment and personnel practices on the basis of race, sex, age, handicap, religion, national origin or any other basis prohibited by applicable law.
