We are actively seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with at least 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience to join our busy urgent care / primary care clinic in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care services to patients of all ages
Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, minor injuries, and chronic conditions
Perform physical exams, assessments, and minor in-office procedures
Order and interpret labs, X-rays, and diagnostic tests
Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
Educate patients on preventative care and disease management
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
Required Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted New York State Nurse Practitioner license
Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Minimum 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience required
DEA license (or ability to obtain)
Experience in urgent care, primary care, or family practice strongly preferred
Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work independently
