This is an exceptional opportunity offering a guaranteed base salary for the first 1-2 years, a $25,000 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. After the guarantee period compensation transitions to a production-based model - giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings based on patient volume and performance. You will split your time between two beautiful locations - 3 days per week in Gainesville and 2 days per week in Lake City - working alongside two experienced physicians and four mid-level providers in a collaborative and supportive environment.
