Cleaner

AJM Cleaning Services, LLC is seeking a Cleaner to help maintain clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces for our clients.

Position Summary

The Cleaner role is responsible for performing cleaning tasks to ensure assigned areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. This position supports day-to-day operations by delivering consistent, detail-oriented cleaning services.

This is a part-time, onsite role based in Sheboygan, WI, ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy working independently while meeting clear cleaning expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize designated areas, including floors, surfaces, fixtures, and restrooms

• Follow established cleaning procedures, checklists, and quality standards

• Dispose of trash and replace liners as needed

• Maintain assigned supplies and ensure cleaning materials are used appropriately

• Report maintenance issues, supply shortages, or any concerns to a supervisor in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Ability to perform routine cleaning tasks and maintain attention to detail

• Willingness to follow safety and cleaning procedures consistently

• Comfortable working onsite in a part-time schedule

• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform cleaning-related physical tasks for the duration of shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or a similar service role

• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safe handling of cleaning products

• Experience working with cleaning checklists or quality expectations

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

Compensation

Hourly rate: $17 - $18
