Mindify Wellness and Care is seeking compassionate, skilled, and client-centered Mental Health Therapists to join our growing behavioral health team in Brooklyn, New York.

As part of our interdisciplinary team, you'll provide therapy services through a combination of telehealth and onsite services in Brooklyn and surrounding communities, while collaborating with psychiatric providers and fellow behavioral health professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
Compensation
$35–$45 per clinical hour/session
Compensation is based on licensure level, credentials, experience, specialized training, language proficiency, and clinical expertise.

What You'll DoClinical Services
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy services
- Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Motivational Interviewing (MI)
- Solution-Focused Therapy
- Trauma-Informed Care
- Support clients in developing healthy coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, and wellness goals
- Provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers, primary care providers, care managers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in case consultations and treatment planning discussions
- Coordinate referrals and connect clients with community resources
- Support continuity of care and patient advocacy
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Maintain treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and professional standards
- Follow organizational policies and clinical best practices
QualificationsRequired
- Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Active New York State license or permit in good standing, including:
- LCSW
- LMSW
- LMHC
- MHC-LP
- LMFT
- LMFT-LP
- Licensed Psychologist
- Other qualified behavioral health licenses recognized by New York State
- Outpatient behavioral health experience
- Community-based mental health experience
- Telehealth experience
- Experience working with culturally diverse populations
- Bilingual clinicians strongly encouraged to apply, especially those fluent in Spanish and Russian
Work Location & Schedule
- Hybrid Position (Telehealth and In-Person)
- Primary service area: Brooklyn, NY
- Opportunities throughout New York City and surrounding boroughs
- Flexible scheduling options available
- Full-time, part-time, and fee-for-service opportunities may be available
- In-person services may be provided at partner adult day care centers, community-based locations, clinics, and other patient-serving programs
- Clinicians may build and maintain their caseload through onsite services, community partnerships, and established referral sources
- Consistent referral opportunities to support long-term caseload growth
