About the Role
Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC) is seeking experienced Paramedics to serve as Occupational Health Technicians on an active construction site. These full-time positions focus on injury triage, first aid, workplace wellness, safety support, and occupational health services in a proactive, team-oriented environment.
We are currently hiring for both day and night shift Site Lead Paramedic positions.
Schedule & Compensation
Full-Time Paramedic – Night Shift
- Schedule: Monday–Saturday
- Shift: 5:00 PM–5:00 AM, 12-hour shifts
- Pay: $33–$35/hour
- Night Shift Differential: Additional $5/hour
- Start Date: September 2026
- Schedule is subject to change based on site needs
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses
- Provide follow-up care and maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Conduct drug screens, new hire testing, and health assessments
- Support workplace safety initiatives, site walks, and stretch-and-flex programs
- Collaborate with site safety teams and project leadership
- Maintain clinic supplies and equipment
- Deliver exceptional service to employees and clients
Qualifications
- Current Paramedic license (or ability to obtain state licensure)
- Current ACLS certification
- OSHA-30 (company provided within 90 days)
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience
- Occupational health, emergency medicine, or industrial experience preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs regularly (100+ lbs occasionally), bend, climb, kneel, and work outdoors in varying conditions.
