Job Title: Warehouse Palletizer / Order Puller

Location: Baldwin Park, CA

Pay Rate: $17.40 / hour

Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable Warehouse Palletizer to join our team in Baldwin Park, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting, stacking, and securing outgoing products onto pallets according to specific guidelines. You will work closely with our warehouse team to ensure orders are properly built, wrapped, and prepared for safe, damage-free transit.

Key Responsibilities

• Stack, arrange, and palletize boxed goods and merchandise neatly and securely based on weight, size, and destination.

• Wrap pallets using stretch wrap machines or hand wraps and attach proper shipping labels.
• 
  
• Perform visual quality checks to ensure boxes are undamaged and correctly sealed before palletizing.
• 
  
• Move completed pallets using manual or electric pallet jacks to designated staging areas.
• 
  
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and OSHA regulations.
• 
  
• Assist team members with basic warehouse duties, including order pulling and inventory restock as needed.
• 
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or palletizing role preferred.
• 
  
• Ability to follow specific stacking patterns and pallet-building guidelines.
• 
  
• Strong physical stamina: comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs continuously throughout the shift.
• 
  
• High attention to detail to ensure correct labeling and stack stability.
• 
  
• Dependable attendance and punctuality for a regular 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM shift.
