Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding parts and service needs.
• Accurately prepare estimates for repairs and services.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of work orders.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, estimates, and parts orders.
• Assist in sourcing and ordering parts as needed.
• Provide clear communication to customers about timelines, costs, and service updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately prepare estimates and maintain organized records.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive parts and repair processes is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
