Administrator (LNHA) – Memory Care Skilled Nursing Community

Parc Provence is seeking an experienced Administrator (LNHA) to provide strong, on-site leadership for our memory care skilled nursing community. This role offers the opportunity for a seasoned healthcare leader to oversee daily operations while continuing to strengthen a culture built on service excellence, regulatory compliance, resident-centered care, and high-quality outcomes. This leadership position is ideal for a confident, relationship-focused professional who can provide operational stability, support and develop an engaged leadership team, and promote excellence in care, service, communication, and staff performance.
The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining Parc Provence’s strong reputation for quality while ensuring residents, families, and employees experience the highest standards of professionalism, compassion, and service.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for a memory care skilled nursing community, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality care and service.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, including survey readiness, quality standards, resident rights, and documentation expectations.
• Lead, support, and develop department leaders and team members through clear communication, accountability, coaching, collaboration, and visible leadership.
• Oversee quality improvement initiatives, audits, inspections, care coordination, and timely operational follow-through to support excellent resident outcomes.
• Manage census development, occupancy goals, staffing alignment, budgeting, and financial performance in partnership with organizational leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred.
• Current, active Missouri Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience in skilled nursing, memory care, long-term care, or a closely related senior living environment.
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory compliance, survey processes, quality improvement, employee leadership, and resident care operations.
• Professional, approachable communication style with the ability to build trust with residents, families, team members, physicians, and organizational leaders.
• A genuine commitment to service excellence, compassionate leadership, resident dignity, and maintaining a positive culture for residents and employees.
