We are driven to make a positive impact every day and believe that when we work together, we accomplish more.What will be expected of you: Perform all duties required of a Banquet Server as neededSupervise and support Banquet Team Members in a professional, respectful, and effective mannerCreate and manage department schedules to ensure efficient and well-staffed eventsCommunicate clearly and calmly with Culinary, Catering Sales, hosts, and banquet teams to ensure timely and seamless event executionPrepare accurate banquet recaps for accounting and reporting purposesAcknowledge guests promptly and respond to needs regardless of event size or timingOversee and maintain food quality and service standardsCollaborate closely with the Catering Sales Team to plan and execute events at the highest levelServe as the on-site point of contact to ensure guest expectations are met or exceededConduct interviews and clearly communicate role expectations to candidatesPartner with the Catering Director and Catering Team to evaluate strategies and identify opportunities to enhance the guest experienceCommunicate departmental vision and track progress toward operational goalsReview labor needs and scheduling to balance service excellence with efficiencyLead regular staff meetings, including pre-shift and post-shift meetings, to build engagement and alignmentProvide Banquet Housepersons with detailed event information and timelinesOrder and receive banquet suppliesConduct daily line-ups, check-ins, and monthly inventoryMust have full availability, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
