Support is tailored to each person's goals, preferences, and needs, ensuring dignity, choice, and community inclusion.Minimum RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or GEDAge: At least 21 years oldExperience: Six months of successful work or volunteer experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)Licenses / Certifications:Valid Illinois Driver's LicenseProof of auto insurance meeting minimum legal coverage requirementsAbility to obtain medication self‑administration training and defensive driving certification within the first 90 days of employment
