PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT - Clinton Area

Amada Senior Care Davenport IA is actively expanding our caregiver team throughout the Clinton area and surrounding communities.

Pay Range:

• Starting around $17.00/hour

Scheduling Opportunities:

• Mornings
• Afternoons/evenings
• Overnight shifts
• Weekends

Role Overview:
This role focuses on providing compassionate non-medical assistance to clients in their residences while supporting comfort, safety, and quality of life.

Duties May Include:

• Personal care assistance
• Companion care and social interaction
• Meal planning and preparation
• Routine housekeeping and laundry
• Transportation and shopping/errands
• Safety monitoring within the home
• Following written care plans
• Reporting changes in client condition
• Communicating with supervisors and care coordinators
• Maintaining accurate visit documentation

Preferred but not required: 2 years of caregiving, healthcare, or related experience

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and families
• Ability to recognize when situations require escalation or emergency assistance
