Oversee daily operations and team performance
Keep things running smoothly (and drama-free!)
Model energy, effort, and high standards
Support new hires and develop crew members

Leadership experience (restaurant or retail preferred)
Strong work ethic and personal responsibility
Calm under pressure and good at solving problems
