Keep Our Mountain Moving (About the Job)As a Ski Lift Attendant, you're on the front lines of the guest experience - helping skiers and riders load and unload lifts safely, keeping lines moving smoothly, and making every ride to the summit a positive one. This is a hands-on role where safety, friendliness, and teamwork come first. Your Day on the Mountain (Key Responsibilities)Greet guests and provide helpful, friendly service at the liftsAssist skiers and riders with loading and unloading lifts safelyMonitor lift areas to ensure safety procedures are followed at all timesPerform daily lift checks and maintain a clean, organized load/unload zoneCommunicate effectively with teammates and supervisors about lift status or issuesPitch in across the team to keep lift operations running smoothly all dayRepresent Tenney with positivity, professionalism, and passion for the mountain Your Ticket to Ride (Position Requirements)Prior lift experience preferred - we'll train the right candidatesMust be able to ski or snowboard (preferred) or be comfortable working around equipmentAbility to lift up to 30 pounds and stay on your feet in winter conditionsComfortable working outdoors in extreme winter weatherAvailability for nights, weekends, and holidays The Perks of the Peak (What You Get)Competitive paySki where you work - **mountain access included! **Work with a tight-knit crew in a growing, revitalized resortTenney Mountain Resort & Recreation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
