Registered Nurse Supervisor

We are looking to hire a full-time RN position to serve as a dedicated nurse to our Medical Director.Key Accountabilities:Provide support to the provider by rooming the patients efficiently and using critical thinking skills to give the patients excellent care.Provide timely and efficient follow-up directly with patients regarding all correspondence; including labs, phone calls, emails, paperwork, etc. Be a part of the care team and help to communicate the patients' needs as the core of the teamFollows the policies set by the organization to give high quality care to all patientsSupport the organization as needed.Core Competencies Demonstrate passion for and commitment to FHC's mission and its importance to the community.Strong leadership capabilities: ability to lead by example.Demonstrated ability to provide leadership during periods of growth and/or change.High adaptability and flexibilityProficiency in all applicable computer skillsStrong interpersonal communication skills.
