Key Responsibilities:

• Installation: Plan layouts for and install several different roof and gutter ice melt systems
• Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional solutions.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve problems in existing roof and gutter ice-melt systems, improving the overall system as needed.
• Testing: Conduct thorough inspections of roof and gutter ice melt systems and electrical control devices.
• Training: Train other technicians for premium job performance.
  
  

Qualifications:


Proven experience in residential and light commercial trades of Roofing, Framing, Solar Panel, Construction, or Electrical installation.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
• Teachability - learn the standard installation processes and procedures for a unique and growing industry
• Strong understanding of electrical codes (NEC)
• Pay is commensurate with the candidate's training, licenses, and experience.
