Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Order Management: Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Food Delivery: Deliver food and drinks quickly while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
• Guest Engagement: Anticipate guest needs and upsell menu items, specials, and signature cocktails.
• Transaction Handling: Handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with bartenders, bussers, hosts, and the kitchen to maintain smooth service flow.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized section and assist with side work as needed.

Requirements

• Outgoing, personable, and passionate about hospitality.
• Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Previous serving experience preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right personality.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Illinois.
