**About the Role:**
As a Caregiver at BrightCare HomeCare, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care services to our clients, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being. Your duties will include:
* Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Providing medication reminders and management
* Assisting with mobility and transferring
* Maintaining a clean and safe living environment
* Providing emotional support and companionship
* Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition to nursing staff
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
* Collaborate with nursing staff to create personalized care plans
* Provide ongoing care and support services as needed
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and new developments
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Prior experience in the healthcare industry preferred
* Ability to speak and communicate effectively with clients and families
