Location Manager - Agriculture and Heavy Equipment
Job Description
An agricultural and heavy equipment dealer is currently looking for someone to oversee operations at one of their locations in Nebraska. The dealership is very well established in the area and has multiple locations. The emphasis on this position will be overseeing and managing the equipment sales team for the location. The position will also manage the day-to-day operations for the location dealing with the Parts and Service departments as well. We prefer to see someone with strong management and/or sales experience within the ag/heavy equipment industries. The company offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package which will be dependent on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales team with an emphasis on profitability for the store
- Oversee day-to-day operations for entire location - sales, parts, service
- Overall P&L responsibility for location
- Assist in hiring process for open positions
- Maintaining staff accountability and professionalism
- Stay up-to-date with all product lines
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of experience in Ag/Heavy Equipment
-Experience can be in Sales, Service Management or Parts Management
- Experience or evidence of strong leadership skills
- High-level organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Effective communication skills
- Education: 2 Year Degree+
