Innovations Community Mental Health Center (Innovations CMHC) is a comprehensive behavioral health organization providing outpatient mental health services across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Services include Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), individual therapy, family therapy, case management, medication management, and on-site telehealth services.

We serve children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of mental health conditions, including severe and persistent mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders.

We are seeking experienced licensed and provisionally licensed therapists (LPC, LPC-A, LMSW, LCSW) to join our clinical team. This is a full-time, in-office position, with telehealth services conducted on-site.

Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group (PHP/IOP), and family therapy services
  • Facilitate structured group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Complete all documentation in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner within the EMR system
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and interdisciplinary care coordination
  • Ensure compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC), CMS, Medicaid, and agency standards
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate
Requirements:
  • Must hold a current and valid Texas license as one of the following:
    • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
    • Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A)
    • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required in a behavioral health setting
  • Experience working with:
    • Children, adolescents, and adults
    • Mental health and dual diagnosis populations
  • PHP, IOP, or outpatient behavioral health experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Clinical documentation standards
    • Treatment planning
    • EMR systems
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong organizational, time management, and clinical skills
