Pay: $17.45 – $25.00 per hour
Dates: Memorial Day through Labor Day (May 24th – September 1st)
Location: The Beach Pool and Tennis Club - 10200 Gainsborough Rd, Potomac, MD

Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce safety rules to maintain a secure swimming environment
- Vigilantly scan the pool area and surrounding spaces
- Respond promptly to emergencies, including water rescues and first aid
- Communicate effectively with members to create a friendly, welcoming experience
- Work collaboratively with team members to keep operations organized and efficient
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining locker room areas
- Valid lifeguard/pool operator certification (Red Cross, YMCA, or equivalent)
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous lifeguard experience is a plus
- Work in a fun, high-energy summer environment
