Nurse (RN)

Job Title: Nurse (RN) – Assisted Living Facility
Location: Roseville, Minnesota
Position Type: Part-Time / PRN (Flexible Scheduling)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Nurse (RN or LPN) with a background in assisted living or long-term care in Minnesota. This role is ideal for someone who values a low-resident ratio and the ability to provide attentive, relationship-based care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform resident assessments and ongoing monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Coordinate care with providers, pharmacies, and families
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation (per MN assisted living regulations)
• Supervise and support caregivers/CNAs as needed
• Assist with care planning and updates
• Ensure compliance with Minnesota Department of Health assisted living standards
• Respond to resident needs and changes in condition

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the State of Minnesota
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred
• Familiarity with Minnesota assisted living regulations strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a small setting
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Familiar with the Residex database
