Requisitos Principales/REQUIRMENTS

Recruit, source, and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
Post job openings on job boards, social media, and recruiting platforms.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, availability, and job requirements.
Contact applicants and schedule interviews with clients or hiring managers.
Maintain an organized database of candidates and applicant information.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Communicate job details, pay rates, schedules, locations, and requirements to candidates.
Complete employment paperwork, background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements as applicable.
Coordinate candidate placements and onboarding.
Follow up with placed employees and clients to ensure successful placements.
Develop relationships with candidates, employees, and business clients.
Meet recruiting, placement, and hiring goals.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and applicable employment laws.
Handle candidate questions, concerns, and employment-related issues professionally.
Assist with employee retention and attendance follow-up when needed.

Debe estar disponible para trabajar fines de semana y días festivos/ AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS
Horario rotativo de lunes a domingo, incluyendo fines de semana/ ROTATION WEEKENDS
