Customer Service and Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills.

*Responsibilities include utilizing several computer applications to process and ship orders, along with answering customer phone and email inquiries. (no face-to-face with customers)

*Make necessary customer order changes and payment adjustments as needed.

*Resolve issues with order deliveries and returns.

*Maintain accounts Payable.

*Ability to maintain, analyze and create detailed Excel documents.

*Ability to perform complex arithmetic computations.

*Ability to handle and maintain sensitive, confidential information, including onboarding and HR related issues.

*Knowledge of Insurance policies a plus, including workers' compensation, general liability, property, and auto.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Accounting experience required, including accounts payable and receivable. Payroll experience a plus.

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Experience with QuickBooks or another accounting software.
