We are a busy and well-established Family Medicine practice in Brooklyn, New York seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team.

Schedule:
• Full-time or part-time
• Must be available for some evenings and some weekend days

What You’ll Do:
• Provide primary and urgent care to patients of all ages
• Perform physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and perform minor procedures
• Deliver patient education and preventive care counseling
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality care

What We’re Looking For:
• Current New York State NP license
• Experience in family medicine, primary care, or urgent care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Experience/Qualifications

  • Must have 1 year of nursing experience

  • Strong commitment to continuous professional development and training.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving performance targets.

  • Proven experience in patient assessment and care plan development.

  • Excellent communication skills for educating patients and families.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

  • Experience in administering medications and monitoring patient responses.

  • Proficiency in documenting patient interactions and maintaining records.

  • Ability to analyze patient data for improving care strategies.

  • Experience in community outreach and promoting health awareness.
