Job Overview
Do you have a passion for helping people? We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess basic mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with various tools and equipment. This role involves performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. Candidates must have great customer service skills. Most importantly must have a positive attitude, team player, and great work ethic.

Duties

• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, including fuel delivery, tire rotations, CDU, jump starts, and battery installations.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and installations.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using a b2q tester and other diagnostic equipment.
• Perform repairs on various types of vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and time spent on tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in processes and equipment efficiency.
• Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in vehicle maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools is essential.
• Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check is required.
• Must have reliable transportation to work in.
