Are you a seasoned behavioral health clinician ready to step into a leadership role where your work shapes the lives of adults, children, and families across your community? EBCAP is looking for a dynamic and compassionate Program Manager to lead our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) outpatient program.

This is more than a management role — it's an opportunity to champion trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care while building and supporting a team of dedicated clinicians doing meaningful work every day.

What You'll Do
Day to day, you'll:
  • Provide clinical and administrative leadership for a multidisciplinary outpatient team serving individuals with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions
  • Supervise, mentor, and support outpatient clinicians, case managers, and support staff
  • Maintain a small clinical caseload, delivering direct patient care and modeling best practices in assessment, treatment planning, and care coordination
  • Drive timely patient access, engagement, and continuity of care
  • Ensure excellence in clinical documentation, treatment planning, and evidence-based practice
  • Monitor productivity, scheduling, and operational performance metrics
  • Partner with primary care, quality improvement, and leadership teams to deliver integrated, whole-person care
  • Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and performance evaluations
  • Support crisis response, risk management, and patient safety initiatives

What We're Looking For
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field
  • Active Rhode Island LICSW or LCDP license
  • 5+ years of behavioral health clinical experience
  • Prior supervisory or program management experience
  • Strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and a collaborative spirit
