Back of House Team Member - Up to $20 / hr - Free Food!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspect, clean, and maintain food preparation areas and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
• Ensure food is stored and cooked at proper temperatures
• Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking quality, keeping track of expiration dates, and rotating stock
• Follow the brand’s standards of quality control, portion sizes, and cooking methods
• Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to support smooth service periods
• Follow the brand’s recipes and guidelines for food preparation and presentation
• Close the back of the house by following the kitchen closing checklist
• Assist with food prep during off-peak periods as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by upper management
