We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in Telemetry / Progressive Care (PCU) to join a busy Cardiology Stepdown Unit in a well-established acute care hospital. If you thrive in a fast-paced cardiac environment and enjoy working with complex cardiovascular patients, this could be the perfect contract for you!
Assignment Details
• Specialty: Telemetry / Progressive Care (PCU – Cardiac Stepdown)
• Shift: 12-Hour Days (6:45 AM – 6:45 PM)
• Assignment Length: 17 Weeks
Scheduling Expectations
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday flexibility required
• Floating to ICU may occur (stepdown-level patients unless ICU qualified)
Requirements
'14; Active GA RN/compact License
'14; Minimum 2 years PCU/Stepdown experience in a large hospital
'14; At least 1 completed travel assignment (no first-time travelers)
'14; Certifications: BLS, ACLS (AHA) required | NIHSS preferred
'14; Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips
