Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

TheraCorp is seeking full-time and part-time Hybrid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join our growing outpatient team.

We are looking for compassionate, ethical, and clinically strong providers who enjoy building meaningful relationships with clients, providing medication management, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate is comfortable practicing independently, providing clinical care, and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Compensation:

$150,000 DOE


Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong therapeutic relationships with clients and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
  • Provide psychiatric medication management and ongoing client monitoring through both in-person and telehealth appointments
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including mental status examinations, diagnostic assessments, and clinical reviews
  • Apply clinical expertise, critical thinking, and evidence-based practices to support positive client outcomes
  • Complete timely, accurate, and thorough documentation in accordance with TheraCorp policies and applicable state and federal regulations
  • Communicate significant changes in client status and coordinate care as needed with appropriate members of the treatment team

Qualifications:
  • Active New Jersey PMHNP license in good standing
  • Minimum of tteo(2) years of experience as a psychiatric prescriber
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of clinical care
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and client-centered treatment
