About the Nursing Home Cook Role:
As a Nursing Home Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals to our residents. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure that every meal is not only delicious but also meets the dietary needs of our residents. Your duties will include:
• Preparing and cooking meals for residents, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Restocking food and supplies as needed
• Assisting with food service and tray management
• Participating in menu planning and food preparation
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Nursing Home Cook Requirements:
Prior experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
