Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care
Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and promote a culture of excellence
Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement effective care plans
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records
Provide ongoing education and training to nursing staff to maintain and improve skills
