Your Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor and document changes in residents’ health status

• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, STNAs, and families

• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

• Ensure all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards are followed

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license in Ohio

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
