Our beautifully renovated, spacious 3-unit facility is supported by an exceptional and engaged leadership team that truly values and empowers our staff.

Position: RN Unit Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and supervision for your assigned unit
- Review and maintain resident records with accuracy and care
- Monitor overall resident care and uphold high standards of clinical excellence
- Address questions and concerns from residents and families with professionalism and empathy
- Participate in care plan meetings and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of Long-Term Care experience
- Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and passion for resident care
