Sales Associate

Join our dynamic team and help people live better lives by discovering the joy of cycling! As a Sales staff member, you'll be working with customers in-store to find the perfect bike and gear to match their needs. Your daily tasks will include greeting customers, understanding their requirements, making product recommendations, and providing a test ride to seal the deal.

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Your duties will include:

• Building rapport with customers and using your sales skills to identify their needs and preferences.
• Providing personalized and enthusiastic service that exceeds customer expectations.
• Staying up-to-date on sales promotions, store policies, and security procedures to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Effectively communicating product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
• Adapting to changing sales needs and taking on additional responsibilities as required.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• To enjoy interacting with people and have a genuine desire to help others.
• To be a team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues and customers alike.
• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a bike shop environment.
• A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and customers.
• A willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
• Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.
• The ability to play well with others.
