RESPONSIBILITIES OF JANITORS / CUSTODIANS:
- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
- Pick up trash on floors and isles
- Use cleaning equipment properly and return to storage area
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
QUALIFICATIONS FOR JANITORS / CUSTODIANS:
- A MINIMUM of 6 months to 1 year of related experience
- Ability to handle physical workload and stand/walk for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
REQUIREMENTS FOR JANITORS / CUSTODIANS:
- Clean, friendly, and professional appearance
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player who works well with others
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Responsible & dependable, with reliable transportation
- All candidates must be 18 years of age or older to apply
