Responsibilities
Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care
Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and other facility leaders to develop and implement operational plans and strategies
Conduct regular assessments of patient care and services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement activities to drive exceptional patient outcomes
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and families to ensure seamless transitions and continued care
