Urgently Hiring: Right at Home is looking for outstanding caregivers to join our Harford County team.

We're seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers who want to make a real difference in someone's day. In this role, you'll support clients in their own homes with personal care, daily routines, and companionship, helping them stay independent and comfortable where they're most at ease. You will also handle errands and provide transportation to appointments, with mileage and travel time reimbursed. You'll be paired with clients whose needs align with your skills and experience, and you'll have the comforting support of a full-time RN and a dedicated office team by your side.

If you've cared for someone before, professionally or for family, we'll train you on the rest.

Schedules for Caregivers:

Choose one: Mon–Fri 7a–5p, Mon–Fri 3p–11p, or weekends (Sat & Sun) 7a–5p. Once you're scheduled, it stays consistent.

Qualifications for Caregivers:

  • Experience providing direct care (CNA/GNA not required)

  • CPR/First Aid certification

  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Health statement and PPD records

  • Must be able to travel to Harford County to assist clients in that region
