- Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and routines.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones.
- Provide nurturing care and guidance throughout the day.
- Assist with classroom preparation, materials, and learning activities.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Follow school policies, health standards, and safety procedures.
- Background in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with infants and toddlers is a plus.
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
