• Deliver engaging VPK curriculum that prepares children for kindergarten success.

• Use CLASS (Classroom Assessment Scoring System) practices to foster meaningful interactions.

• Plan and lead activities that promote academic and social-emotional growth.

• Ensure a safe, nurturing classroom environment with structured daily routines.

• Partner with families and mentor junior team members to support every child’s journey.

• High School Diploma or GED and CDA

• VPK Lead Teacher Credentials

• Pay Range: $16.00–$18.00/hour (based on region, education & experience).
