About the Role:

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with ASG Home Care, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities to support their daily living needs, promote independence, and encourage personal growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores

  • Promoting independence and self-advocacy through skill-building activities and community integration

  • Maintaining a safe and healthy living environment, adhering to established protocols and guidelines

  • Communicating effectively with individuals, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

  • Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry best practices
