Longterm Health Management Services
Charlotte, NC, US Full Time

Job Description

Job Description
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)Hospitality-Driven Skilled Nursing Leadership | Charlotte, NC

You know the difference between running a building and creating an experience.

We are a standalone Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation community in the Charlotte market seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) who believes exceptional clinical outcomes and exceptional hospitality should go hand in hand.

This is not a “keep the lights on” operator role. We are looking for a visible leader who rounds daily, knows residents by name, builds strong culture with staff, and creates an environment where families genuinely feel cared for the moment they walk through the doors.

If you lead with accountability, warmth, urgency, and pride in the resident experience — we want to talk to you.

What Makes This Opportunity Different
  • Standalone community with local decision-making

  • Strong emphasis on hospitality and customer experience

  • Opportunity to shape culture, reputation, and growth

  • Leadership team that values innovation and responsiveness

  • High-touch environment focused on both short-term rehab and long-term care excellence

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Leading all day-to-day operations of the facility

  • Driving clinical quality, census growth, and financial performance

  • Creating a service culture that feels more hospitality-focused than institutional

  • Building and mentoring high-performing department leaders

  • Maintaining regulatory compliance and survey readiness

  • Developing strong relationships with residents, families, hospitals, and referral partners

  • Elevating employee engagement, retention, and accountability

The Ideal Candidate
  • Current North Carolina LNHA license required

  • Proven SNF leadership experience as an Administrator or Executive Director

  • Strong operational and financial acumen

  • Track record of improving culture, census, quality measures, and customer satisfaction

  • Highly visible, hands-on leadership style

  • Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and resident experience

  • Strong communicator who can inspire teams and build trust quickly

Compensation & Benefits
  • Highly competitive base salary

  • Performance-based bonus opportunity

  • Full benefits package

  • PTO + holidays

  • Relocation assistance available for the right candidate

The Type of Leader Who Thrives Here

Someone who:

  • Walks the building instead of managing from an office

  • Treats families like guests

  • Builds systems without losing the human touch

  • Understands that hospitality and healthcare can coexist

  • Wants to build something special — not just maintain status quo

If you’re an LNHA who believes skilled nursing can deliver both clinical excellence and a five-star experience, we’d love to connect confidentially.
