Community Care Allianceseeksahighly motivated, client-centeredleader to serve as 988 ClinicalManager. This is a unique leadership opportunity withinthenationwide988 Suicide & Crisis Lifelinenetwork a leading, integrated public health approach to suicide prevention.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated commitment to addressingsystemic, community, and individualchallenges inbehavioral health and/orsocial determinants of health through an anti-oppression lens
- Strong interpersonaland communicationskills with colleagues, supervisees, and clients
- Advanced skillsinproducingdocumentation and written reports
- Proficiencyin evidence-based and evidence-informed approaches to suicide prevention, crisis intervention, and care coordination
CORE FUNCTIONS:
- Providesdirect supervision to988 call centermanagers
- Engagesin routine evaluationof program needsand developsand implementspolicies,procedures, and trainingsaccordingly
- Collaborates with thecompliance manager to ensureclinical and programmaticadherenceto contract and accreditation requirements
- Participatesin contract oversight meetings, division and agency leadership and staff meetings, and other committees as assigned
- Co-facilitatesprogram staff meetings
- Modelseffective crisisresponse by providing consultation and/or engaging directly in client care or systems-level care coordination when indicated
- Acts asadministratoron-call on a rotatingor as-neededbasis
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Master'sdegree in social work or related field, withlicensurepreferred. Can substituteeducationwithaBA andLCDPor CPRSand 5+years' experience.
- Experiencemanagingbehavioral health crisesrequired, in settings such as behavioral health treatment programs, emergency services, homelessshelters, crisis centers, or similar
