Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) receive ongoing clinical support, accessible BCBA supervision, and the resources needed to succeed. As an RBT / Registered Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients while implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications & SkillsActive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation
Dependable and professional
Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desire to learn and grow as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Willingness to receive ongoing feedback and BCBA supervision
Ability to work independently while following a BCBA-developed treatment plan
Commitment to providing high-quality ABA therapy
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Hope Harbor ABA, your responsibilities may include:
Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly to clients
Deliver one-on-one ABA services in the client’s home, school, and/or community
Implement ABA treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
Work directly with clients to increase independence and develop important life skills
Help clients develop communication skills, daily living skills, toileting skills, social skills, emotional regulation skills, play skills, and vocational skills
Teach new communication skills and appropriate replacement behaviors using evidence-based ABA techniques
Follow behavior intervention plans and treatment protocols
Accurately collect and record ABA session data
Complete detailed and timely session notes
Communicate with the supervising BCBA regarding client progress
Reliably attend scheduled RBT therapy sessions
Participate in ongoing Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and supervision
Maintain professional and ethical standards as a Registered Behavior Technician
