We’re seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join a high-acuity unit in Gilbert, Arizona. This role is ideal for an RN with critical care experience who thrives in a fast-paced hospital environment.

• Provide direct care to critically ill patients in the ICU

• Monitor hemodynamics, ventilators, and vasoactive medications

• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams

• Document patient care accurately and in compliance with hospital standards

• Maintain adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory protocols

• Active Arizona RN license (or compact license)

• BLS & ACLS required

• 2+ years ICU experience preferred

• Experience with ventilated patients and advanced monitoring

• Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and teamwork skills
