Pastry Cook-NY

American Cut Tribeca is looking for a skilled Pastry Cook to join our team in New York. The Pastry Cook will be responsible for preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods. The ideal candidate should have a passion for baking and pastry-making, as well as a strong attention to detail.

**Schedules would be Tuesday through Saturday** 4PM-11PM

**Qualifications: **
- Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or relevant role
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and recipes
- Understanding of sanitation principles in food preparation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus

**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Monitor and maintain inventory of pastry and baking ingredients
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with other members of the kitchen team
- Clean and maintain work areas to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen
